You have 20 days to test the flow, the UI, and the writing voice. Here's how to make it count.

Before Cleo

You've signed up to a dozen job sites and your inbox is flooded with roles that are off-level, off-pay, or off-fit. With Cleo

Cleo replaces that stack with one curator. It learns your level, pay, and qualifications, scans the market overnight, and surfaces only roles that actually match — with the tailored resume, outreach, and interview brief already prepared.

What we need from you

Run one full cycle. Approve an opportunity we surface — that triggers your tailored Executive Brief, Outreach, and full Briefing package.
Rate the Briefing email. Tap a star (1–5) and tell us in one line what was off.
Reply to the day-4 check-in with the one thing we should fix this week.

First sign-in

You'll be asked to accept a short beta NDA before reaching the app — this is one-tap and only on your first sign-in. After that, a 2-minute profile calibration (resume upload + targets) tunes Cleo to you.

What's new in this build

Recruiter Updates timeline on every Application page — log what a recruiter or hiring manager told you (role downgrades, future-interest pings, rejections, process notes) with an optional tag and link to a contact.
JD AI summary + comp chips — one-tap structured summary of the job description plus parsed compensation (base, equity, sign-on) shown as chips on the Application page.
Inline outreach editor — Briefing → Draft outreach opens a modal on the same page (no navigation away). Auto-drafted on first recruiter contact, with a manual re-run button anytime.
Quota & billing waitlist — when you hit a daily cap you'll see an upgrade modal. Paid plans aren't live yet (wrapping up final tester feedback), so it captures a waitlist signup — no card required.

You stay in the driver's seat

Cleo is fully autonomous, but you can take over any step manually whenever you want to.

Edit auto-drafted outreach from the Briefing → Draft outreach modal on any Application page.
Add a recruiter timeline note on the Application page (Recruiter Updates panel).
Add a contact from Recruiters.
Manually move a job's status on Pipeline (New → Applied → Interview → Offer).
Tune your profile targets in Settings (titles, comp, locations, must-haves).
Add a job you found yourself from Discover — paste a URL and Cleo will process it like any surfaced role.

The flow at a glance

Signal. Each morning Cleo runs a Market Scan against your profile and surfaces up to 3 high-fit opportunities.
Curate. You get an email digest: Approve, Snooze, or Skip with one click.
Briefing package. On Approve, Cleo generates a tailored Executive Brief, Outreach, and Interview Briefing in Google Drive.
Review & rate. Open the Briefing email, tap a star, tell us what was off.
Execute. Share or apply directly — Cleo handles strategy & prep, you handle the conversations.

Known limits while we test

Daily Market Scan is capped at 2 runs and ~3 opportunities per day.
Approves are capped at 3/day and 15/month per tester (ping us to extend).
Assistant chat is capped at 50 turns/day per tester.
Voice and tone are still being tuned — tell us when something sounds off.

How to send feedback

In-app: Click Send feedback in the left sidebar (right under Ask Cleo) — free-form box, goes straight to us.
Star + one-liner from the package email.
Reply to any Cleo email — we read every one within 24h.
Brutal honesty > politeness. We can't fix what we don't hear.
